Well renowned furniture manufacturer Erik Jørgensen present our PART shelves at their stand A33:30 at the Stockholm Furniture Fair together with all their other new classics. Part is mimalistic, playfull and modular and works as both room divider, ordinary shelf, high, low, long, short – just as you want it – check it out at the stand. We might be there as well!

Have you ever experienced a queue in front of a trash can?

Well, now that’s a reality. At least in Ejer Bavnehøj, where we have launched our Trashtube. After a test period of 3 months, we are now able to conclude that the Trashtube is a big success. We sincerely hope to expand the idea to the rest of Denmark. And who knows, maybe the rest of the world.

A City Goes Cycling

Goodmorning Technology and Copenhagen Parts are represented at the exhibition ‘A city goes cycling’. The exhibition takes place in The Nordic Embassies’ Felleshus in Berlin from January to March 2012 and is about the Danish bicycle culture. The exhibition also shows innovative bicycle equipment and parking facilities and how to combine social commitment with bike production. We are proud to be represented!

Archetype is nominated to this year’s ADI Design Index

Archetype has been selected by the ADI design permanent observatory to be inserted in the publication ADI Index 2011 volume which collects the best of Italian design put into production. This will lead to nomination for the XXIII Compasso d'Oro award which is the oldest and most influential international design award. We are so proud!

Danish Design Council celebrates GMTN partner with talent award

Today it´s official! The Danish Design Council nominates partner Mads Kjøller Damkjær with one of Denmark’s, perhaps, most prestigious design awards. Mads receives the talent award for his engagement and opinions in the design industry national as well as international. Later today, the official nomination will be held at the old Charlottenborg. Together with Mads, the annual award goes to the grand old man, designer and architect Knud Holscher. Congratulations, Knud!

Scanwood among the finest

Scanwood is featured in the packaging design book Boxed and Labelled. In this edition, Boxed and Labelled gives the reader a comprehensive overview of the most intelligent, innovative, playful and attractive examples of current packaging design. Therefore, we are proud that Scanwood has been placed among the finest in the league.

Archetype is shining at the Budapest Design Week

Close to 10.000 people have visited the exhibition Couleur Locale the first week of Budapest Design Week and seen our Archetype. Perfect!

At the exhibition, the items represent themselves without using any additional mediating display. The imaginary packages are replacing pedestals and according to this solution the wrapping paper serves as the main material of the installation.

It’s just trash!
