Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) is hot and on everyone’s lips! Most of the world´s biggest brands and corporations are all incorporating CSR in their long term strategy for their products, innovation, distribution, PR and human resources. They are taking up the challenge of how to act in an ethically, socially and environmentally responsible way that will also generate value for the company?
The Danish Government has adopted a plan of action to push Danish corporations to better comply with their social responsibilities. So far the plan of action has resulted in an amendment to the Danish Accounts Act of 2008 requiring all major Danish companies to submit a yearly CSR-report.
