• ”Informationskoncept for knudepunkter” (Information concept for transport interchanges) is a joint project between major Danish transport operators, Movia, the Metro company, the Danish Railways and, the rail network owners, Banedanmark.

Today there is no collective information source or unified visual language used by all transport operators. This results in travelers experiencing incomplete or inconsistent signage and lack of guidance or information when changing from one mode of transport to another.
  • Understanding the difficulties faced by their passengers, transport operators joined forces in a project to develop a shared approach to passenger information.

Goodmorning was asked to help the project progress by facilitating dialogue and stimulating collaboration between the project partners towards the goal of clear and consistent traffic information for passengers at interchanges in Denmark.

Through running workshops and supporting dialogue, GMTN helped the partners to agree a set of common principles and guidelines, all set out in a report produced by GMTN.
